FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not sell widgets, and as such we cannot provide pricing here without knowing the requirements. That being said, my prices are typically 30 to 40% lower than many similar agencies and consulting firms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No customer is exactly the same. That is why we like to start off with a business requirements gathering discussion which allows us to understand the customer's business goals, pain points, ideal customers and the prospect journey. This allows us in turn to craft a plan that is customized for our client. Over the course of the project, depending on the project complexity, we typically have client check points and review sessions to ensure we are all aligned and there are no surprises for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in Marketing and E-Commerce from a Top 15 business school - The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Beyond that, I spent many years in top corporations such as UPS e-Ventures, CheckFree Corporation (now Fiserv), Bank of America, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Strategy and Analytics Consulting, and Accenture Management Consulting Services - performing digital strategy for clients such as American Express, Sony, PepsiCo, Excel Energy, Privalia, Samsung and others.
