- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I speak with my clients personally to establish a relationship before discussing cost. There are several ways we can make arrangements to help assist in filing a bankruptcy and I like to know what is happening with a client so we can discuss options!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to have an initial free telephone consult to establish a relationship. I want to get an idea of where the client is with their debts and where they need to be. We can work together on a plan an discuss next steps and payment options. We make a plan for what needs to happen in order to get to the next phase of filing and then we plan for an in person meeting to get the petition started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. My Florida Bar Number is 49863. I graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2007. I have been a full time bankruptcy lawyer since January 2009. Prior to that, I practiced health care law.
