This was our first time purchasing a home. I responded to a listing on Zillow and she had immediately responded to me. I had informed Julie that we had already received an approval letter for a VA Loan from Quicken Loans. She then referred us to a local Lender she works with stating that they could probably approve our loan for more as well as qualify for a grant and within a few months we are now Proud 1st time home buyers. I provided Julie with the general things we were looking for in a home and a couple very important features we were needing- attached garage and fenced in yard for our two dogs. Well, we got that and much, much more. We absolutely LOVE our new home!!! From the very beginning of house hunting to the closing of our new home Julie answered everyone of my emails, text messages and phone calls immediately no matter what time of the day it was. Due to mine and my husband's work schedule being complete opposite she accommodated to our schedule to show houses we were interested in seeing. When deciding on our offer she assisted with providing with what she thought was best offer to get the offer accepted before any other offers could be considered. After the offer was accepted we had a home inspection completed and it did not pass the radon test. She understood our concern and position on how we wanted to have the mitigation installed. She was able to negotiate with the sellers to have the mitigation installed prior to closing. She not only gave the referal for the local Lender, Gershman Mortgage, which was also Great but she also provided us with a referal for the home inspection, Guardian and they did a fabulous job with the inspection. Bottom line anything that was needed to be done prior to the closing of the house she was always there with answers and reputable referals. The sellers wanted to move the closing date more than a month out from the original purchase agreement. Julie kept in touch with us during those 2 months to see if we had any concerns, questions or anything we needed from her. I would highly reccommend her for a real estate agent. We definitely plan to contact her when we are looking to sell for the first time and buy again!! Thank You Hire Bacon!!!

Julie is amazing! She's so nice and makes you feel instantly comfortable. She was great to work with and was able to deal with my pickiness when looking at houses. It was clear she cares about us as a family and wasn't just in it for the sale. When we walked through houses she would actively look for potential problems and pointed out anything she saw that looked like it could cause problems down the road for us. It made me feel like she truly cared She helped us find a great house in a difficult market! She even did everything she could to help us when the sale of our house back in Nebraska started going sideways! Julie is a super realtor and a delightful person. Anyone looking to buy or sell a home should definitely talk to her!
