- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary, depending on the job. Certain jobs require more care and experience than others. For example, the price for a level II officer to watch a car lot over nights would be far less than an executive protection officer ensuring the safety of a high end celebrity with active verifiable death threats against his or her life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like the customer and myself or my clients to have a firm and clear understanding of the job requirements, expectations and pricing upfront to ensure all parties are treated fairly and nothing u expected happens. Ease of transaction and quality of service are the two most important aspects of doing business with a new customer because I like to create a long running business relationships with my clients and contractors.

Level II,III &IV of Texas Private Security Commission, MMPI psychological exam, advanced handcuffing, advanced defensive tactics, CS/OC, taser, TDCJ CERT, T for T, FTO and Mentor; TDCJ supervisor; ICE Q/T firearm qual marksman; DHS/FPS NWDTP certified; Mid/Public Trust Federal Government Clearance; Texas LTC; PI, Security Sales and Security Consultant Certified; Associates of Arts Criminal Justice; Bachelors of Science Organized Security Management; MBA; 2,000+ hours in training and classroom time. CPR/AED/First Aid certified.
