- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide many different services for residential and commercial projects. It's best to contact us for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically go out to the customers home and review the project. Then we will make suggestions and provide pricing for what can be done to lower utility bills and make the home more comfortable and dust free. Upon agreeing to a price we set the customer on our schedule (usually 1-3 weeks schedule) and provide the customer information on how to be prepared for our arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of experience and bettering ourselves each year of the most valuable education/training we have. We have taken courses with OSHA, BPI, SPFI, DEMILEC and others to allow for us to be the most educated and trained in the industry.
