- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Appraisal reports come in many formats and vary based on the assignment conditions. Reports range in cost and detail analysis from desk assignments and drive by valuations to full walk through property valuations. Please contact us to determine your appraisal needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start by determining the type of report needed for your individual needs then find an appointment time which is fluent with your schedule. The typical property valuation report takes 2 to 5 business days to complete and is either delivered as a PDF file to your email, mailed via USPS or hand delivered depending on your request and convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience including state certified licensure and annual continuing education requirements.
