- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm based in American Fork and travel to the surrounding areas. I charge a base rate of $35/hr. If longer distances are involved, I charge extra for gas. For anyone wanting to look at more photos, I have a Facebook page, Susan Scott, Home Organizing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to talk on the phone as its so much faster than texting. A phone interview involves finding out exactly what you need, which rooms, your timeframe and availability and allows you to ask questions. Sending me pictures is very helpful. Sometimes, depending on what we will be working on, I will give you some homework before I come. An example of that would be if a bedroom is involved, doing laundry first to expedite clothing sorting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up moving a ridiculous number of times as a child and then as an adult. I'm fully aware of how difficult it is and how important prep is to make it easier. I graduated from BYU with a minor in Interior Design and have always been extremely interested in design and organization.
