Introduction: I am one of the most certified trainers you will find in Washington state and I am a TRX master certified trainer. I specialize in Nutrition Coaching, Sports Specific and Senior Specialist Training and hold 35 certifications in all. I enjoy seeing the results that my clients achieve as they progress in their fitness. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
These are my rates training at the Fidalgo pool and fitness center: Personal training 1 hour: $55.00 Personal training 30 min: $30.00 Semi private (two or more) starts at: $40 per person and decreases with the amount of people. Class: Drop in $15. Punchcard $10 In-home or other location traveling fees are applied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a one hour free consultation. In that hour we cover your health history, current workout program and nutrition. It is also a time where my new client can ask me questions to better understand my methods of training and also an opportunity for us set fitness goals. I then go over examples of new exercises that best fit what they are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold over 35 various certifications. Nine of which are TRX related along with others ranging from nutrition coaching along with sports specific. For full list of certifications please check out my website.
