FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, I prefer to go take a look at the property and come up with a fair estimate. If I am unsure how long the job might take, I'll take the safer route and charge 35 per man per hour. That way, you don't over pay, and I won't lose money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do, is personally go to the property and do a walk through with the owner (or customer) and discuss what they want done. After I find out what they want done, I'll discuss my different options (if any) and come up with a price. Then we will schedule a time that works best for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this specific line of work for about 5 years. My work background includes mostly construction related work and commercial fishing. I don't mind picking up a shovel and moving dirt! Hard work is good therapy!
