- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a dedicated pricing system. I know people work hard for their money and want to make them feel like they get more than their money's worth when hiring me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to figure out exactly what the customer needs and then go from there. I understand there is no such thing as a one size fits all plan in relation to content creation and editing. It is very important to me to give a customer exactly what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over four years of experience in the freelance writing world. This is my full-time job, which means I take customer satisfaction very seriously.
