FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing for standard types of jobs (family portraits, senior portraits, head shots, etc.) on my website, but in general, I try to take the needs of the client into account when quoting a price. My prices are definitely very reasonable. I'm not trying to get rich quick, just get by.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I really try to get a sense of the person or family that I will be collaborating with, I want my clients to come to me with a basic idea, and I will help them flesh it out into something fantastic. I need for my clients and I to have excellent communication, feedback, that type of thing, as the process moves along to make sure that we are always on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have fifteen years of experience in media production. I've done just about every job you could have at a television studio. I've been a camera operator, graphic artist, lighting designer, stage manager, director, producer... I've worked on numerous local and national television productions and have several awards for my efforts in this field. I know my way around cameras, lights, and people.
