- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know the main platform for the meeting or conference that I'm going to be present at so that I can effectively infuse the content bring to fit the room. Highlights of previous events are helpful, but if it is an initial event, it's only important that I know what the goals are of the planner, and what they want their group to walk away with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been speaking in front of groups for over 20 years. I've been involved with audio broadcasting since 1997, and I've coached youth football, baseball, and basketball, for over 20 years. The message I bring is always of diversity and inclusion the same time. Although I believe everyone needs to succeed on a singular level, no one can truly succeed without being a part of a team effort.
