FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is based on an hourly rate, plus mileage and expenses. We do offer flat rate services, such simple background checks. We also work closely with our clients to ensure we stay within their budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial consultation with the client, either in person or over the phone, whichever is better for the client. We discuss the needs of the clients and set the expectations for the type of work being conducted. Once the terms of the assignment and the costs are ironed out, we start the work.
