- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Evaluation fee is $ 250.00, the fee is due at the time of the evaluation and must be paid before the written evaluation is delivered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client the first step is to meet with the property owner, we will discuss what the property owners needs and time lime are for the sale of the property. An evaluation appointment will typically last 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the property. For a small fee Shannon will do a complete evaluation of the property. Within 48 hours you will receive a complete written evaluation of the interior and exterior of the property. The evaluation will give you a detailed checklist of the items that need to be addressed to stage your home. The check list is yours to keep even if you decide not to use our staging services. If however, you do decide that you would like our team to assist in staging your property we will give you a written quote based on your budget and the items and services required to complete the job. ALL staging jobs will require a 14 day advance notice to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in decorating and staging for over 20 years, I have worked for companies such as Sherwin-Williams and Ethan Allen, Inc. I am a fully insured and a certified Accredited Staging Professional, as well as a member of the International Home Staging Professionals.
