FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a very competitive pricing system. We allow clients to provide us with an estimate from another source and we will match and in most cases, we would charge less. We offer a Workmanship Guarantee on all of our work for 12 months. We will provide an invoice to our clients that states the start and expiration date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to everything my potential client is requesting. I take a lot of notes to make sure that there are no mistakes when my client sees the final product. After I meet the client, I go back to the office and type up an estimate and then a quote if my client finds it satisfactory. From there I contact my team and we start planning. Once we complete our project, we leave all of our clients home or place of business spotless and clean, and then we have our client see the final product, and then we collect payment upon our client's approval and satisfaction of our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with my dad all my summers as a youth, I picked up the trade from him and I started crafting my own furniture and then selling them for a living when I was 15. I have assisted my dad and his guys on installing beams, doing additions, framing, carpentry, cabinets, and even welding. Im very versatile and have alot of trades. Dont get me wrong, I am not a one man army. I am surround by teammates that are all experieced and been in the field even longer than I have, some as much as 35 years and up. I have had hundred of projects in the last few years and certainly alot more in my lifetime. I have taken classes on the law and regulations of this business and Ive also passed the MD contractors examination.
