Introduction: 15 years of general computer repair experience in the Annapolis area with a strong emphasis on malware removal. I try to be efficient as possible with whatever job I'm working on which hopefully leads to a better value for the customer. There is no computer problem I have had that Corey hasn't been able to fix. What he can't fix remotely (connects and fixes while I am at home in my pajamas), he does the job and I have my laptop back in no time. I would refer him to everyone....in fact I already have. Quick turnaround, no job too big or small (he built my desktop to my specs) and very reasonable pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Currently, me and my sister have day jobs(mine is flexible) therefore we don't have an(expensive) store front and we will typically meet with a customer in a public place to pick up a computer or if you want, we can pick it up from your residence(if the distance is reasonable).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Comptia A+ Certified. Comptia Network + Certified. I have also attended various computer related courses at Anne Arundel Community College.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started building computers when I was 19 or so(now 43). I enjoyed so much that I just kept at it and eventually landed several jobs over the 20 years(Best Buy, Gateway Country Store, Micro Performance).
