Introduction: I have a special passion and love for teaching children. I love to encourage, praise, challenge and hold accountable my students of all ages. I enjoy beginning students and watching them blossom through the years, advancing in technique and artistry. Playing and teaching piano is my joy and my passion. I've been playing for 24 years and teaching piano for more then 9 years. Teaching piano is something that I truly enjoy. Along with teaching from the method books, I offer my students a variety of musical genres to play from. I pride myself on creating a fun, safe, and creative environment while teaching my students. I use reward stickers and numerous fun and exciting games to help my students memorize better. Guiding the student through various fundamentals which include scales, counting, finger exercises, melodic and harmonic patterns, and rhythmic structures. I also count the beat or play along with the student when needed. I teach in Ukrainian, Russian and English languages. I have extensive backgrounds in all different types of piano genres such as jazz, classical, praise and hymn.
