- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients have to be realistic on pricing. Be aware when traveling to the Caribbean, or Mexico it is more economic. You can get all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean, get more for your Buck's. When traveling to Europe, Hawaii, be aware it is more expensive and in most cases there are NO all-inclusive prices. You will get breakfast, some lunch and sometimes dinners depends on where you go. However QUALLO WORLD TRAVEL, motto is travel 5-star at a 3-star budget. We look for promotion and savings for our clients, so they could experience their dream vacation with ease and no stress.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get the feel of what type of vacation the client wants. Ask the client for their budget.. We tried to keep under budget, by finding deals around that time of travel.. after finding the ideal trip for my client we then send client a quote.. Travel 5 star on a 3-star budget we will not compromise on luxury for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a part of NEXION the Travel Professional Agency. NEXION has a University that the agents access. I am a NACTA member ( National Association of career travel agents) I am a Jamaican specialist, with the Jamaican Tourist Board.
