we are a flat rate.(by the job) no hourly pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we will typically schedule and estimate to come out and properly diagnose the situation in person to get the customer an accurate price.(drain calls excluded) we then move forward with scheduling the repair/replacement/install.
