Introduction: My combination of 25 plus years as a Coach (ICF certified) along with graduate level work in psychology paired with 10 years of accupressure, cranial sacral and being a Reiki Master Practioner. ..gives me a unique combination skills and therapy approaches to treat clients with severe pain and trauma based issues such as cancer, ptsd, back issues, addictions and stress. As an executive coach I have aided CEO's and their teams with strategy sessions, career development and their personal job searches. i love guiding themselves thru the life transformation that they seek. As a cancer survivor, i love helping people get past their pain and move towards healing. Many times the "stuck " part of people's life come from a thought pattern that, once aware, we can focus on changing this pattern together and then life and positive change can and will occur. This is my greatest joy!

Teresa is amazing! I lived with severe depression for 21 years and each treatment would allow me to feel better for a few days. After about 3 months of regular treatments the depression went away for good and hasn't come back since. It has been 6 months but I knew then that it was gone forever. The care and passion that Teresa brings to the table made me feel at ease and confident in the process. She is a true professional.

I suffer from lower back and leg pain. I tried Reiki and was very happy with the results. After my first session my pain level diminished quite a bit. Teresa was very caring and very respectful. She explained to me what she was doing and why. I felt very informed about the session. I continue to receive treatments and feel improvement every time. I would recommend Teresa for Reiki treatments. Ed
