FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do, I charge $80 a hr. For 2 cleaners $120 hr 3 cleaners With a minimum of 4 hours.Other charges, Eco friendly products $90 hr ,Smoke damage $80-$90 hr, Pest cleanup $80-$90hr. After hours $90hr. Refrigerator cleaning $50-$60 flat rate ,oven cleaning $50-$60 flat rate.Laundry all depends on what is needing done. For first time clean then prices go down after for continued service. It's very hard to deep clean any home in under 4 hours. I do have exceptions of hourly cleans with a priority list but it's still minimum of 4 hrs and I can't promise the whole house will get cleaned. We deep scrub everything till each item is the cleanest it will become, so this takes time. My average is 6-8 hrs but I've been in homes longer it just depends how clean dirty messy your home is and what detail we need to put in to make it clean clean. I want you to find every thing in your home is Spic and Span unless it just can't come clean, but we're going to try our hardest. We do take breaks during a clean which you will not be charged for. Any other questions please ask. Thank you
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give them a first time deep clean charging the hourly charge. Sometimes I may consider lowering the price or hours only if I need to fill in a day. I love to work. Then I give them regular rates to keep their homes up to par on a regular basis. I try to learn how each new customer lives meaning how they like their beds made, if they like straightening or not, what best times to contact them. I not only want to please them in cleaning but to learn how they like things to be done or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the cleaning business since 1995. I've owned my own business since 2003,
