This is a great class. Very informative. Instructor makes sure that the material is very easy to understand. Instructors
make sure everyone understands
materials before proceeding on to a new
area of material. I would highly recommend this instructor and class.

Stephen Byrd is AWESOME!!!!! I had a tight deadline to get recertified. He not only set up a 1:1 class, but came to my home! I learned so much for him. He's not the type to just give you the answer to your question, which is quicker. He made you think it through, prompting you until you came up with the answer. That's is the way you retain information. It's easy to memorize info for the test, but my goal was to understand it and retain it. I will remember the things he taught me because he made me think it through.
He takes his job very seriously and was a true joy to work with. I have and will recommend him to collegues. Thank you Stephen!!!!!!
