My credentials include: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT, DPT awarded in 2015), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) 1 and 2, Functional Movement Scree (FMS) 1 and 2, Muscle Energy Technique (MET) Certifications from spine to hips, Experience with Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Release Techniques, Cupping, and an Emphasis on simple doable home exercise programs. My favorite part about this career is finding the source of your aches, pains, and limitations whether it is how you perform your everyday activities, residual effects from an old injury, scar tissue, or lack of postural awareness.
