- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything we do is "custom made" to your exact specifications so project fees will vary; we always try to work within customers budgets. We are able to offer a wide selection of designer fabrics and window hardware close to wholesale pricing. Our labor fees are reasonably priced and is dependant on the style of window treatments requested. Other interior service can be provided as well such as picture/art hanging services and we can also recommend Licensed Interior Designers that we have worked closely with. On-site Design Consultation within service area is provided for a base fee of $80.00 for the first 2 hours - $40.00/hr add on over 2 hours **(Outside service area mileage will be added at $.75/mile).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an easy process to work with our customers: - Contact us by phone or email - Free initial phone consultation - Onsite visit design consultation to Measure Windows, Offer Fabric/Yardage calculations and design a look you will love for your window treatments - Provide a Project Quote within 24 hrs - With approval of quote a Purchase Order is provided then materials are ordered, fabrication is schedule and your project goes into production. - Average Project Completion time is between 10 to 14 business days upon arrival of materials. - Finally, Shipment is sent or installation is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is always ongoing as I keep up to date with the latest techniques and tools of the trade but my most valued education has been a hands on approach by apprenticeship for many years from experienced and professional family members who have been in this industry for over 40 years.
