What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual sessions are only 30 an hour or 3 days a week 80 dollars Group sessions are 20 with min of 2 people/ max 6. 3 days a week would be 50 per person for group sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the parents and kid(s) finding the purpose to playing basketball if it's a passion or hobby . How often they play giving them homework after every other session so there's always consistent work to be done
