- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I find out client expectations and job specifications, and provide an estimate for the individual project. I start with small thumbnail sketches to create options before making the design digital. I keep in contact through email or phone as much as possible, and am readily available to respond to inquiries on progress. I highly value customer feedback both during the project and after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Graphic Design and Marketing, and have much experience, as well as some schooling, in sketching and illustration.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in love with art since I was a child drawing crocodiles to eat my math homework, or turning the numbers into something friendlier, like bees. I didn't get into graphic design until I started college. I continue to learn more about art and design as I go, and am always seeking to improve.
