- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way our pricing is done is by the hour. We have a flat charge rate for each hour of estimated work, with each aspect of the job taking a specific amount of time (i.e. siding takes a different amount of time then windows). The reason we do this is so the price is job specific. The final price will be established the day of the estimate. The payment structure is a 10% down deposit followed by a final payment when the project is complete and you are 100% satisfied with the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer, we first like to find what specific needs that customer has. We want to make sure we have a common purpose with the customer so we can tailor the experience specific to them. Once a common purpose is established, we then go through the process of what will be necessary for us to fulfill those specific needs. Once there is detailed plan established, we then go in to pricing and scheduling for the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my Managing career with College Pro three years ago. The reason I joined College Pro was it offered great experience and financially it was the best opportunity for me to pay for schooling. After two years, I have realized that I enjoy the experience of servicing others and providing quality work that the customer is happy with and we as College Pro can be proud of.
