- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is about average to the local area and their pricing. I do my best to keep pricing within competitive rang. I do include, nail grinding, nail trim, whiting shampoo, conditioner ( if needed) with no extra charge. I do have add on items such as Madra Mor Mud for different types of skin issues. Just like humans our pets can have mud treatments to!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client and their pet enter my home, I work on not only making the client themselves feel comfortable but I also work on earning the pets trust. A new location for any pet can be stressful, and I do my best to ease that transition. I go over the needs of the pet and what kind of hair cut the client is looking for and if its something that we can achieve. I answer any questions or concerns the client may have about their pet, go over any health issues the pet may have or has had in the past. My main goal is to make sure the pet feels safe and enjoys their "spa" day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had a year's wroth of training through corporate chain, that was a mix of class room and one on one training. I continue my grooming education through online videos and speaking to other groomers whom have been grooming for years. At this point in time I have been grooming for about two years. Never be scared to ask your groomer how long they have been working.
