- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. We price each job individually. We have a 87 page price book that we use to price our jobs. That way each customer is charged the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates. You will call to set up an appointment time during the day. Our first appointment is always at 9 am in the morning. Once our technician diagnosis the issue he will give you a estimate to complete the job. If you accept the estimate he will do the work for you then. If not he will leave with no cost to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In our company we have 2 N.C. Licensed Master Plumbers, 1 Grade IV licensed septic installer and a NC septic pumping license.
