- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep our pricing competitive within the industry. If the customer has a budget they need to stay within we make every effort possible to find a solution that meets their needs and that stays under budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Joshua Mills started out in IT in 2003. During this time he became a Full-Time firefighter and the IT systems administrator for the organisation that he works for. Over the years Josh worked for various companies doing low voltage work on his off days. Rodney Pope began his career in IT and low voltage cabling in 1990. Rodney has many years of experience and developed expertise in the low voltage industry that is second to none. Josh married into the Pope family and him and Rodney became good friends. Josh and Rodney worked on various projects together over the years until finally they decided to start their own company. They both have very high expectations of themselves and their employees which allows them to deliver top notch quality installations along with second to none customer service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
One of our customers is Troy Square Design and Construction. We are their primary low volt contractor for their projects. These are typically commercial retail buildings and restaurants. We also have worked with many homeowners in providing a top level commercial grade installation in their home. Every customer that we work with is always pleased in our quality of work and the ongoing support that we provide for them.
