- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally provide a lump sum fee estimate for all work, however if it is a very small job or the hours are unknown, we will provide an hourly cost for certain functions. For clients on long term service contracts, we agree upon a set fee monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally meet with a client in person and gather enough details about their idea of the perfect event and budge and then develop a customized proposal based on that conversation. We work very hard to find creative solutions to meet all goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary school, business degree and business certifications related to food/alcohol business and events for MA and NH.
