Based just outside Boston, Flavour Events designs and delivers special occasions from weddings and corporate events, seminars and parties to multi-day festivals. Flavour Strategy did an excellent job on a marketing collateral project we hired them for a couple years ago. We needed materials for our IP firm that represented all of the discipline areas that we offer to our primarily legal and science industry-related clients. I had the pleasure of working with Tess when I was Executive Director of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. She created new logos for the chamber and the Shop Arlington First Program. She also created the marketing materials for events including our ChariTea, First Lights and Town Day. Tess has all the qualities you want in a graphic designer and event planner. She is creative, enthusiastic and really pays attention to details.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally provide a lump sum fee estimate for all work, however if it is a very small job or the hours are unknown, we will provide an hourly cost for certain functions. For clients on long term service contracts, we agree upon a set fee monthly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally meet with a client in person and gather enough details about their idea of the perfect event and budge and then develop a customized proposal based on that conversation. We work very hard to find creative solutions to meet all goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary school, business degree and business certifications related to food/alcohol business and events for MA and NH.
