FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each repair, sizing or custom creation will have its own price. When I quote an estimate I do not exceed the estimate. I guarantee my estimates will never be higher than originally quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask a bunch of questions and get a good and clear idea of the material, size and costs associated with the custom item or repair. I then calculate the cost and share with the customer. After getting a final approval a deposit is paid. An item or repair can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks depending on complexity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a goldsmith in my father’s shops since age 14 and have continued on to open my own private service. I also went to Bryant University and graduated with bachelors degree in management.
