It's customized so different for each business/company.

The first think that I do is give the business owner a chance to Tell me what it is that they are looking for in a credit card processor. Next I give them what I can offer which is always slightly better that what they are looking for so it works out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Simple math and a high grade of sales experience and knowledge.
