- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is base on inspection in most cases, but always willing to provide special offers for new clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand there problem and assure them that I can eliminate it. Inspection and discuss if it's a one time service, or monthly, or bi-monthly service, ect. Then talk about pricing (which in most cases is negotiable, some pricing in standard and base).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in commercial and residential general pest control.
