About this pro
Gigi responds quickly and she's direct. It shows that she has over 10 years experience selling in the DMV. I am happy to recommend her.Feb 20, 2018Verified
Gigi knew exactly what I was looking for and didn't stop until we found it. She guided me and is still available, almost a year after my closing, to answer questions. I recommended her to a neighbor who wanted to buy instead of rent, and she just closed on her new home in early January!! Gigi is the best!Feb 2, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Commissions are a case by case affair. If you are selling an Estate, the price will be 5% of the sales price (to be shared with the other agent). If you are buying, you pay nothing as the commission is rolled into the seller's listing agreement with his/her Realtor. Buyers don't know this..but agents who represent buyers don't set the price, the transaction does.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I would assess what their goal is. If selling, what is the timeframe and motivation. If buying: is this the first time. Either way, I will hold your hand through the full transaction and I will personally be there for all inspections and closings. (I do not use underlings, secretaries, or other agents). When you sign up with Gigi, you will have direct contact with me. I can assist with the full transaction, recommend vendors for loans, closings, inspections, etc. I am the one stop shop when it comes to Real Estate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?14 years in the business, I am a Graduate of the Realtor's institute, a Multi-Million Dollar Club life time member (200K in first quarter sales) and a Broker Associate in all three Jurisdictions of Maryland, DC and Virginia.
