- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept cash, check, debit/credit (via PayPal) for payment. For debit/credit processing there is a fee of 3.0% per transaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will contact the office to schedule an appointment for a consultation. At that time the customer will meet with someone from our professional sales team. After the initial consultation, a formal contract will be submitted via email (Adobe Sign) to the customer for signature and approval. Once the contract is received signed, the project will be scheduled and materials will be ordered and delivered prior to the start date. Typically, a few days before starting there will be a preliminary pre-production walk-through with the technician(s) who will be working on your job.
