Introduction: on average we recycle approximately 60% of what we pick up.we are very friendly and have the best communication with our customers. always on time for your scheduled time frame window. we call an hour before we arrive to make sure everything is still in order and to check if there are any last minute changes. what I enjoy the most is the expression on the customers face when they see there junk free house,yard,or room gone. alot of times people forget what it used to look like before hand and are excited to put that extra space to good use!

Lance removed everything I asked quite fast. I don't think there was anything that needed to be changed. He was very polite and considerate of my feelings for my things.

First I got a courteous and professional reply from Lance stating of course they would like to help me out with hauling the junk on the side of the house. I simply took some pictures of the junk and texted to him and quickly got a reply of a great price. What I forgot to send was a couple of pictures of a couch and loveseat and once I did send them I asked how much more would this be? He quickly replied by adding very little on top of what was already quoted. We set up a time to come the next morning and everything was set. Little did I know their truck broke down the night before yet they were still able to show up with another truck and trailer as if having a plan B and quickly got to work. The fact that their truck and trailer were smaller than their original moving truck they did not add more to the bill for taking a second trip. I definitely appreciate their honesty, courteousness, and all-around great attitude. Unfortunately I'm moving but I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs hauling junk or any of the services that they provide. Thanks guys.

yes the standard pricing system we use is like most junk removal companys. we charge by volume. you only pay for what we take.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
a typical process is pretty basic and simple. a great introduction, try and make the customer feel comfortable and safe. we will then go through the estimate process and we then give a brief rundown on how we will handle the job and ETA on when we will be finished. next thing you know your junk is gone!😉
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started back a few years ago with another junk hauling service company. I thought I would give it a try and next thing I know I found a career i enjoyed!!!
