Lori and Chris were awesome! I called Lori in a panic to get this water filter installed and she was able to get me in the next day. We had bought a water filtration system online and Chris just came right in and got to work on it. Even hooked it up to our refrigerator for a reasonable price. Next time I would probably just buy directly from them. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!
