Introduction: Building Design and Services provides everything you need to get your project started and completed. Our main service is Design and Engineering. We enjoy working with the general public and General Contractors in every level of project from a patio / basement finish / addition / pop top to custom home / tenant finish or restaurant design. Our staff includes Architects, Engineers and General Contractors.
So many professionals in our field want to tell you what is best for you. We don’t tell you what to build; we listen and give you options to help you realize your dream. We are educators. We give you the best information so you can make the best choices for you. We take the confusion out of Design, Engineering, Surveying, Soils reports, Homeowners Association, and Building Departments for you in the process of getting your project from start to finish. We will also bid the construction or help you select a builder if you like.
