The product we use are commercial and natural but that will be left up to you as the client to choose. I want to know what you want so you can be happy and become a repeated customer for a long time. We want to bring back old values of service, and dedication with integrity. I'm available this Sunday for a morning cleaning.. One thing I enjoy is seeing my customer face that a job was completed and the service is what was described and executed as promised.

Had a good feeling about Robert after a few messages and a call so I hired him. I needed help sorting my building's garbage fast. They got to work within the hour! (I'm not stretching the truth on that) Great work at a very reasonable rate and I'm one happy camper.

I choose Robert from a bunch of other companies after reading his emails. His responses were very professional and his experience and willingness came across quickly. Upon hiring him to clean my packed and extremely dusty basement, I noticed immediately that he is both an excellent worker and a lovely person. He was able to properly deep clean without my direction ( and I am particular) and added some of his own organizational skills. I am happy to say Thumbtack helped me find a great company. I hired Featherstone Scrub & Clean for a deep clean of a new apartment I will be moving into. Robert was very professional and friendly from start to finish. He showed up right on time with his supplies and staff. He was able to clean with low-odor cleaning products per my request and left no stone unturned. The appliances that came with the apartment now look and feel brand new inside and out! He not only cleans every visible area and but also all the nooks and crannies that are often easily forgotten too. The place is shiny and new... this will make moving in a breeze! The process for dealing with my company is as follows. 1. Please read my policy and procedures. 2. Fill out the correct form needed for your service. 3. Reply from my e-mail in less than 24 hours. 4. contact choose by the customer. 5. Finalized date and time. 6. Arrive to complete the job with great service. 7. Pay online or with Square which will be any team member.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working as a warehouse lead/manage and the cleaning team was hired to complete certain job which were not completed or rushed with out attention to detail. I want to bring back the service of integrity and also personalized cleaning to the customer.
