Discuss Non Disclosure agreement. Any information shared with me will never be sold or transferred to another party without the explicit written consent of the client. 1. Listen to the client , their challenge , background ,expectations and goals. Listen to how this challenge could be impacting other areas. 2. Determine clients personal level of commitment to ensure quantifiable results. If we are in agreement, then we move forward. 3. Begin creating a solution, keep communication with Client . 4. Cater solution to clients expectations and participate in implementing if the client prefers. 5. Ensure challenge is overcome and follow up .
