FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard for pricing as we never know how long the project will take until all things involved have been discussed with the customer. After the scope of work is agreed upon a price will be given, if that price is accepted the price will not change. Lack of preparation by a service provider should not cost the customer more money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't have a "typical process" as every customer has their own unique situation. We try to ask as many questions as possible about the project and things that might be problematic. Being properly prepared means we spend less time on your project and you spend less money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thirty years experience in both residential and commercial construction.
