Introduction: Brides and their bridal parties are supposed to look beautifully soft and natural to the groom, the camera as well as their wedding guests. Light beauty is always best, however, if more drama is desired it can certainly be accommodated. I use a foundation called Temptu which is made to stand the test of time and the elements. The majority of my powder products, liner, mascara and lip products are from Serenity+Scott Beauty, a local makeup supplier, and are gluten free, paraben free and cruelty free. I enjoy everything about the work I do. The artistic expression, making someone feel beautiful and special, the special day interaction between the wedding party, the celebration, the travel and the trust placed upon me.

Heather was absolutely wonderful! I could definitely tell that she cared about me and her work. On the day Heather created my bridal portrait look, she walked me outside of the studio to see how the sunlight effected my makeup...little things like this means a lot. Heather was also very flexible! I had one bridesmaid to say she wanted her make-up done at the last minute. I sent Heather an email, she quickly replied, willing to work in the bridesmaid. Furthermore, Heather is a friendly, easy to talk to, knows how to have fun kind of girl. Which makes the nerves on a wedding day subside.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Onsite makeup is $100-$125 ($125 for airbrush) per face with a three-face minimum. A travel fee may apply. Lash application is included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the logistics of their special day as well as inspirations and concerns they may have. I ask the client to take a look at my portfolio and explain pricing. Once we have agreed upon details email confirmation is exchanged as well as a contract and in some cases a retainer fee to hold the date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Literally years of experience working with cosmetics as well as being an esthetician.
