- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All massage services within a 10 mile radius of downtown Asheville, NC 28801 include free travel. $85 for 60 minutes and $110 for 90 minutes. Travel costs outside of a 10 mile radius include: $20 (11-20 miles), $40 (21-30 miles), and $60 (31-40 miles). Please be mindful of our 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of the full cost of scheduled service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will receive a client intake form via email with your first booked appointment. The form must be completed before any massage services are provided. Your therapist will ask important questions about health history and massage style preference before beginning the session. Your comfort and satisfaction is important to us.
