- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system however I have a six month program for a small business coaching clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for a new client is to conduct a free 45 - 60 phone interview and identify and diagnose the core needs and concerns of the client, and do a needs assessment. Once we have identified the top four goals that address those core concerns, we establish a strategy for meeting those objectives together. Over the course of 3 to 6 months, I work with the executive or business owner to fulfill on those objectives. Generally, I conduct a half day or full day immersion to create the strategy, and then over the course of the next few months we usually have 2 coaching sessions a month for at least one hour each.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in organization development/psychology and I am certified in coactive coaching, PCCC. I have many years of training in speaking, presenting and facilitation, and I have been studying leadership development for over 40 years. I am trained in the internal family systems method of psychological development. Currently I am in a neurolinguistic programming certification program
