What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45.00 for overnight stays for up to 2 pets. There is an additional $5.00 fee per pet after 2 pets. $20 for each daily visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with a new client prior to actually sitting with a pet. I always ask for writing instructions on how to care for the pet and I ask for written permission to take pet to vet should an emergency situation occur.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my pet sitting service by caring for friends pets and my business grew from there. My business has grown by referral's from current clients.
