- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss food and dietary goals and preferences. What services you want to take advantage of and what types of meals and foods you want to include. After the initial assessment, we can go from there depending on what you want. Very individualized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Nutrition-dietetics from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. RYT200 Yoga teacher certification Enzyme therapy assistant -Meal planning with high protein, low carb, low sugar recipes. Nutritional Counselor -Food exchange system
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a health coach I quickly realize the biggest obstacle for most people to reach their health goals is time. We are so busy we just don't have time to be in the kitchen anymore. I aim to bridge that gap!
