- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically pricing is in the context of project not hourly. For consulting work this is based on multiple factors - services requested, number of people involved, number of assessments needed, travel etc. For coaching services, pricing is by package - three month or six month engagements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we always recommend doing a free assessment and evaluation of what is needed. This way we can customize our approach to address things for our customers in a way that works well for them and will yield the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our associates have a minimum of a masters degree in field related to human development. In addition to providing executive coaching and organizational training, I (Michael) am also a licensed therapist. I no longer practice but this experience and education adds to my perspective when helping teams and leaders become more effective, productive and engaged.
