This was my first time using Thumbtack, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The entire Thumbtack experience was so simple, I would definitely recommend it to others.
Jame's and his wife came to my home, the same day I used Thumbtack, for an estimate on the job, which was installing two steel exterior doors. Fast service indeed!
The price was very reasonable, he agreed to do the job in a couple days.
Jame's even went to Lowe's to pick up the doors for me. One less headache for me, thank you Jame's!
Him and his helper Cody did an amazing job installing the doors, new locks, taking the old door's to the trash.
James was thoughtful and professional, polite and did an amazing job.
I'm enjoying the new door's. They look fabulous! My old door's stuck, were hard to open and close. Not only looked bad, they operated poorly.
Thanks to Jame's that is no longer an issue.
Oh.... Jame's also sent a follow-up text a few day's later checking up on the door's performance.
I would definitely recommend Thumbtack and J & L Construction.
