- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the amount of work put into the service such as hours etc, as well as how much of my product I use on my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get new customers I prefer talking to them over the phone or possibly face timing to get more on a personal level before providing the service to reassure each other exactly what type of service you want and go over details so there is no miscommunication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work with other artists at events and we conversate on new techniques and we help each other on gaining business for each other.
